Support Update: Due to the increase in support tickets and calls stemming from this issue, our support team's response times will be slower than what you have come to expect over the years. We are working diligently through tickets in the order that they came in and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this.
If you attempt to call our support number and get a voicemail prompt, that indicates that all available lines are tied up. If you decide to leave a voicemail, that will automatically create a ticket with your message for us to respond to.
We still have the same great team with the same expectations for response times under normal circumstances. We look forward to getting back to that once we are caught back up.
